Salman's lawyer Amit Desai argues how it can take 30 minutes from JW Marriot Hotel to Galaxy Apartments at 100 km/hour. Also, he has called Ravindra Patil's statement artificial. Desai has also questioned why tyre burst evidence was not considered by the lower court.

13) The hearing for bail plea has begun in the Bombay High Court. The judge has allowed Salman Khan's matter to be taken up first and is asking when culpable homicide was applied to the case. Lawyer Amit Desai has begun his arguement and is recounting the night of 27-28 September, 2002. Desai has further said that it's not disputed that there was an accident. He has also asked that Section-304 Part-II be removed. Kamaal Khan angle has suddenly been brought by Salman's lawyer. The judge is asking why was Kamaal Khan not examined.
14) Pavement dwellers are protesting outside the Bombay High Court. Lawyer and activist Abha Singh has said that it is more likely that Salman will get bail today. Defence lawyer Amit Desai arrives in court for Salman's bail hearing, while lawyer Harish Salve is not present inside the court.
15) Bombay High Court will hear Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's appeal against his conviction in the 2002 hit-and-run case and his plea for bail today.The lawyers have arrived outside the court. Salman's close friend Former MLA Baba Siddiqui is also present, while brother Arbaaz Khan and sister Alvira Khan have reached the court premises too.
